Curt joined RE/MAX Action Real Estate after having spent 15 years in new home construction as an Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Consultant. He has sold and built over 100 homes in the areas of Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, and Williamsburg for national builders including Toll Brothers and Ryan Homes. As a member of the RE/MAX Action team, Curt focuses on all aspects of real estate, including currently representing Royal Dominion Homes.
Previous to Curt’s career in real estate and new home building, he spent 10 years in banking at leading organizations such as Capital One and First Union National Bank. His experience as an Assistant Vice President of Commercial Cash Management provides the foundation for his strong knowledge of financing and investments.
Curt holds a B.A from the College of William and Mary and has been a lifelong Tribe supporter, as are his wife, Anne, and both of his parents. Curt is originally from Poquoson and moved to his wife’s hometown of Richmond some 25 years ago. His wife has worked for Henrico County Public Schools for over 20 years, and his two children Will and Katie are currently in high school.
Active in his community, Curt has been involved with the Hanover County Citizens’ Planning Academy, he is a member of the Washington and Henry Masonic Lodge in Mechanicsville, and is a volunteer for the Maggie Walker Governor’s School Quiz Bowl team. He also enjoys playing in chess tournaments and fishing.
